Free shipping within the United States
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered to an address within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During holidays or busy periods processing may take longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Incorrect addresses
Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund under our Refund & Return Policy.
